Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled only if the design or printing process has not yet started. Please contact our support team at kaviyamads@gmail.com or call 8248619965 immediately to request a cancellation.
Refund Policy
Since our products are customized services (design and printing), we do not offer refunds once the work has begun. Refunds are only processed in the following cases:
- The Products must be returned with 10 days from the date of purchase and the products must be same packaging and condition
- For wrong and defective products the replacement delivery timeframe will be 7 days
We do not Provide exchange.
- Generally we do not provide refunds, If refunds is approved then the amount will be credited to your bank account with in 7-10 working days
- The order was cancelled before any work was initiated.
- There is a major printing defect or damage during transit that is attributable to us. In such cases, we will offer a reprint of the order.
To be eligible for a reprint, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
